We have 2 options for placing an ad.

Option 1 (we make the ad)

We can take existing content you have on the web or via phone questioner and create your user account and ad for you.  This gives you all the complete editing capabilities that you would have if you placed the ad yourself.  The difference is we do the initial work for you based on information you provide us.  There is an additional charge of $20.00 for us to build your ad for you. This would bring the total cost of the ad to $69.95 for the first year.

Option 2 (you make the ad)

Place your own ad on our system.  This entails that you first create a user account to give you access to our system for editing and uploading of your image file and initial ad.  Second you will answers some questions and determine the content of your ad via our online questioner about your properties features.  and third you will upload an image file for your property so that there is a picture with your ad. Your total cost under this option will be $49.95 for the first year per ad.
